A free 30-minute discovery call. We talk about what you love, who’s coming, and what makes a great trip for you. Cruise planning is no fee; for detailed custom land trips, I’m upfront about my planning fee before we go further.
Planning Agreement
A short agreement that sets expectations, timelines, and (where applicable) the planning fee. It keeps us both protected and clear as we move forward.
Custom Detailed Itinerary
A custom, detailed itinerary built around what’s important to you — with the ability to adjust along the way, and real pricing throughout. Not a list of links.
You Approve, I Book
Once you give the go-ahead, I handle reservations, payments, special requests, and the dozen small details. A single point of contact: me.
